Q. When will you arrive at the venue on the day of the event?
A. Our staff will arrive two to three hours prior to the contracted start time of your event. However, this may vary depending on the logistics of the event such as the location of the venue and required services.

Q. Do you bring backup equipment?
A. We thoroughly inspect and test all equipment before and after each event in order to avoid any unforeseen issues. We do travel with a backup of the key components necessary to ensure your event is successful. Moreover, we do not restrict backups for just equipment; we have backup personnel as well.

Q. What is your staff’s dress code for the event?
A. Our staff is professionally dressed at all times. They will arrive in company branded clothing for load-in and set up and change into formal wear i.e. dark-colored suits or gowns prior to the start of your event.

Q. Do you work with event planners and vendors?
A. We encourage a direct line of communication between all parties involved in planning an event. For that reason, we will work closely with any social or corporate event planner in order to execute a successful outcome.

Q. Do you carry insurance?
A. We are a fully insured company and can provide your venue with a certificate of insurance upon request.
